Welcome to Perfect Finish Supplies. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our site, you agree to these terms in full.

Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur. Our professional-grade products are intended for use by certified lash technicians.

Delivery Details

Every order is sent out at 1pm daily. We use Royal Mail First Class Recorded for our standard shipping option. While this typically arrives the next day, it can occasionally take 2-3 business days. If you need a parcel guaranteed by the next day, please select Special Delivery at checkout; this applies to orders placed by 1pm on weekdays or 10am on Saturdays. Note that Perfect Finish Supplies cannot be held liable for packages that are not picked up after a failed delivery attempt. If you find a calling card from the post office, visit your local branch quickly to retrieve your items. Should a parcel remain uncollected for over 10 days and go missing, we are not responsible for the loss. It is vital that you verify your shipping details before finishing your purchase. Any delivery failures caused by an incomplete house number or an incorrect postcode remain the buyer's responsibility. We are only able to ship your goods to the specific address you entered during the checkout process.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure payment gateway.

Orders and Formation

When you place an order, it represents an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed once we send you a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including stock unavailability.

Prohibited Use

Returns Policy

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on items that are unwanted or due to a change of mind. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will of course exchange or refund this for you. In any such case, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Once received and fault-checked, the item will be refunded or exchanged within 10 days of receipt by us, via the payment method used originally.

Accounts and Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
